- Verification of Identity and Eligibility: All selected participants will be required to provide valid proof of identity and eligibility to participate in the United States, as well as to comply with all production requirements and regulations.
- Availability: Applicants must be able to commit to a filming schedule of approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks, which may require extended periods away from personal and professional obligations.
- Professional Experience Restrictions: Applicants must not currently work, nor have previously worked, in any capacity as a professional chef. For the purposes of this program, a “professional chef” is defined as any individual who has been employed or has generated primary income from preparing and/or cooking fresh food in a professional kitchen environment (including but not limited to restaurants, hotels, canteens, or catering services). The producers of “Best Dish” reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to evaluate whether an applicant’s experience, training, or duties constitute a level of professionalism that would render the applicant ineligible.
- Complete and Honest Disclosure: Applicants are required to provide truthful and comprehensive responses to all questions on the application form. Incomplete applications will not be considered. If a question does not apply, the applicant must indicate “N/A” as the response.
